Nkhwazi Primary School invites applications for the position of Head of Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of security personnel, managing all aspects of school safety, and ensuring a secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points.
• Manage emergency drills and response protocols.
• Liaise with local authorities on matters of safety.
• Train security staff in protocols and professionalism.
• Ensure security systems (alarms, CCTV) are maintained.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in security leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Previous work in an educational setting is an added advantage.
• Valid security certification/licence.
