Major offences C are serious violations that threaten the safety, integrity, or reputation of the school community. These actions warrant immediate and firm intervention. Nkhwazi Primary School maintains a zero-tolerance stance on issues such as examination malpractice, substance abuse, sexual harassment, and violent conduct. The disciplinary process for major offences is progressive but firm, ensuring that consequences match the severity of the behaviour, while also safeguarding due process for all pupils involved.
1. Inciting disruptive behaviour
2. Examination malpractice
3. Possession or distribution of pornographic materials
4. Engaging in an act of public indecency
5. Sexual harassment
6. Consumption, possession or distribution of alcohol or any illegal harmful substances
7. Truancy
8. Murder/Manslaughter
9. False imprisonment
